Hi, I’m Lauren.
I’ve spent years working with a small, then rapidly-growing retailer, managing everything from their website to their inventory systems. That experience gave me a deep, hands-on understanding of how local businesses actually work - how they sell, how they track products, and how much time owners spend juggling tools that never seem to talk to each other.

We transferred an extensive database of client information over from another system to create an online booking system, and then we created an integrated inventory with Shopify in that system so that my retail could be sold online and in real time in both spaces.
